Listen to Part 1 of the Podcast with Van Dweller HERE

Back with VD for Part II of our Podcast examining the ins and outs of living on the road in a Stealth Van.  With over 50 years under his belt, VD qualifies as a World Class expert on pursuing this lifestyle.

In this episode, we discuss various energy needs, including lighting, refrigeration and the use of Solar Panels.  How much high tech gear is necessary. what systems are most resilient and where do you get the most bang for your buck?  Without giving too much away here, VD is "Old School" and very much the minimalist, as the floorplan of his Van indicates.

Disclaimer: Due to the fact I spoke with VD on his Cell Phone, our volume levels are mismatched and the software I am using for editing doesn't allow me to fix that without completely cutting it apart and then reassembling it.  You can fix it while listening by lowering the volume when I am talking and raising it back up when VD is talking.

Hope you enjoy the chat, it's a remarkable tale of a lifetime on the road.
